University of Vermont Medical Center - Main Campus, is seeking Neurointerventional Radiologist for ongoing locums coverage, 24/7 for the only Level I Trauma/Stroke Center in upper New York/Vermont. VT License required.
-Seeking 24/7 Coverage at minimum 1 week per month up to full-time.
-Monday-Friday 8a-5p plus night and weekend call
-EPIC EMR System
-Competitive Compensation, Paid Travel, and Medical Malpractice Coverage.
Procedures include:
- Cerebral angiography
- Mechanical thrombectomy (for stroke)
- Carotid artery stenting
- Intracranial embolization for ruptured aneurysms, dural AV fistula, and AVMs
- Middle meningeal artery embolization
- Extracranial embolization for epistaxis, H&N tumor hemorrhage
- Lumbar punctures, including for intrathecal chemotherapy
- Myelograms
- Spine biopsies, including fluoroscopic and CT guided
Requirements:
- Completion of a Neurointerventional Radiology Fellowship
- ABR Certified in Neuroradiology & Diagnostic Radiology
- Neuroradiology CAQ Certified and Acute Stroke Certification
- VT State Medical License
