Exciting Interventional Radiologist Opportunity in California! - Aya Locums

Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 24-hour call
Schedule: Flexible scheduling; ideally seeking coverage for half a month. No limitations on consecutive call shifts. Call is from home/remote. Onsite work during low daytime volume includes coverage for IR and diagnostic radiology.

Work Details:

• Support Staff: Another radiologist is usually on call at night. During the day, a full team of techs and support staff are available along with other radiologists. Average number of patients per shift varies.
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Required for ongoing needs, including paternity leave coverage.
• Patients per Day: Approximately 3-4 call shifts per week.
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: On-call responsibilities include trauma-related hemorrhage and occasional OB and urology emergencies. Typical IR coverage during the day.
