Location: A Chicago suburb, about 13 miles outside the city!

Opportunity:
- Locums/Locums to Perm Radiologist
- Dates of Coverage: January 2025-ongoing
- Practice Setting: Hospital-Based. Providers will read for all three locations, but will be based at LUMC.
- Call Schedule: Call negotiable
- Call Ratio: Call negotiable
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: Variable upon rotation. 35CTs, or 100x-rays, or 60 US.
- Trauma Level/Designation: LUMC (Trauma I), GMH (Trauma II), MNH (Trauma II)
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic, PowerScribe, Intlerad PACs, Softek Illuminate
- Procedures Required:
- Angio
- Mammography
- CT
- US
- Number of Radiologists in Practice: 10.80 FTEs
- Patient Age Demographic: All (Not necessary for locum to read Peds)
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
- Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
If provider is local, then we only reimburse for parking.
