Job Description:
Minimum of 3 days/week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays), 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. 10 weeks of vacation. Benefits eligible.
Additional schedule flexibility as mutually agreed.
Supplemental pay for commuting more than 60 miles from home shift coverage.
No weekends! No call!
Hospital-based Breast Center
Level 4 trauma designation
No ER volume
Powerscribe dictation into EPIC, EPIC Mammography reporting
1 mammography room and 2 ultrasound rooms at Silverton; 1 mammography room and 1 ultrasound room at the Imaging Center (only screening exams performed at this facility)
250 radiologists in the Seattle-based practice, with the Breast Imager serving as the on-site physician
Support staff includes 2 daytime ultrasound techs , 1 mammography tech, and 1 breast navigator
Breast navigator assists in stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and helps schedule follow-up care for mammography patients
Teleradiology is not an option for this need- is used for diagnostic radiology exams, but not for breast imaging
Adult patient demographic.

Qualifications
Fellowship-Trained -or- Extensive Practice Experience in Breast Imaging - REQUIRED
Active OR License (or in process) - REQUIRED
BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Proficiency in mammography and breast biopsies - REQUIRED
