Financial:

• Assistant Professor: $430,000
• Associate Professor: $470,000
• Professor: $500,000
• + 10% Value Based Bonus, Sign on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance
• $100,000 in Private Student Loan Repayment + Qualify for PSLF
