An award-winning, 190-bed hospital just outside of Wichita is seeking a Pulmonary/CC physician to rotate 1 week of Outpatient Pulm, 1 week of ICU coverage, and 1 week of telemedicine alongside 3 other Pulm/CC physicians. This hospital is built upon a physician-first mindset and prioritizes practice autonomy, work/life balance, and offers lucrative income.
The Position:
• Practice alongside 3 Pulm/CC MD's and 2 NP's within a 190-bed, non-profit hospital
• Schedule projects to 1 week of Pulmonary clinic, 1 week of CC within the 14-bed, open ICU, and 1 week of tele coverage
• Option to perform Pulm procedures including EUS, bronchoscopy, Zephyr valves, and ION
• Opportunity to teach and work with medical students
• Option for Sleep Medicine including a full Sleep Lab
• Compensation includes a Base Salary Guarantee of $500K with bonuses and incentives into the $600-650K range
• Sign-on/Relocation of $40K, Loan Repayment of $20K per year, $50K Housing Loan, Full Benefits, 8 weeks PTO, 401K matching, and more

• Wichita regional airport flies directly to Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, and Houston
