We invite you to join our team as the Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy, where you will oversee the PFT lab and pulmonary rehab services. With a blend of pulmonary and critical care responsibilities, this role is perfect for a physician who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Position Highlights: "Care Close to Home"

  • Join a rapidly growing midsize community health system; 27,000 ER visits/ year with the support of General Surgery, Orthopedics, Non- Invasive Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology and more!
  • Serve as Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy, including PFT Lab and Pulmonary Rehab
  • 80% Pulmonary, 20% Critical Care; Option for Sleep Medicine
  • Take advantage of the opportunity to perform procedures with strong admin support and full access to necessary resources.
  • Will book out 3 months on Day 1
  • Manage a 6-bed ICU-Average Daily Census 3-4/Should Increase Upon your arrival
  • Hospitalists Manage/Admit Patients-Consult via Phone
  • $400k guaranteed base plus production and quality bonuses, and a Medical Director stipend
