Intensivist needed in physician friendly Indiana. Seeking one patient-centered and empathetic provider to join an established practice with five Nurse Practitioners. Two NPs rotate 7 on/7 off days and rotated on night shift 7 on/14 off. Only one hour from Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Great schools and an excellent work/life balance.
Base salary - $500,000. Signing Bonus- $100,000 ($50,000 within 30 days of contract execution and $50,000 within the first 30 days of employment). $250 per hour for onsite services provided during the off week. $31.00 per hour for unrestricted call coverage provided during off weeks.. APP Supervision - $5,000 per APP supervised. 15 days on per month (7 on/7 off) 12 hour shifts. On call 24 hrs during work week.. Average patient census in ICU: 7-10 (open ICU). Team: 5 advanced providers, support staff (RN's, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff). EPIC smart rooms. Family Medicine residents and medical student on site. Brand new Ultrasound in 2023!. Time Off - 15 days per calendar year. One hour to Indy and Cincy, 30 minutes to Dayton Ohio.
