About the Position:
Join a team of well-established providers including six physicians and two advanced practice providers
Provide care at three locations: Munster, Dyer, and Crown Point
Weekday Call: 1 per week
Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:3
Average Inpatient Volume: 10 - 20 patients per day
Average Outpatient Volume: 8 - 12 patients during clinic hours
