$430,000 salary with $150,000 Incentive Package. Clinic volume: 13-15 patients/day (Average). Departing Pulmonary Medicine physician creates immediate volume for wide variety of Pulmonary & Sleep patients in clinic setting. Clinic Connected to the Hospital. On Campus Ancillary services include PFT Lab, Pulm Rehab Program, and accredited Sleep Center. Comprehensive network of specialists committed to collaborative care. Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
