Job Summary:

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist Facility Medical Director to lead the TriStar Skyline Medical Center team in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Critical Care Fellowship trained and board certified
  • TN License or ability to obtain
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Supervise all full or part time Intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
  • Develop, implement, and oversee ICC standards and protocols
  • Provide peer support to the Intensivist team members to establish and achieve program initiatives and goals
  • Participate in teaching responsibilities with ACGME-Accredited Residency and Fellowship programs
  • Work 15 shifts per month
  • Work 12-hour shifts covering 47 beds across Medical and Neuro ICU settings
  • Support the following coverage model: 2 MDs and 2 APPs covering day shift,1 MD and 1 APP covering night shift
  • Manage a busy program with a high acuity patient population
