*Seeking a second pulmonary doctor to work with current pulmonology/critical care physician (who is also the CMO of our facility). There are two anesthesia/critical care physicians. Open ICU All of hospitalists are adept at procedures, but the critical care docs back them up if needed.

The way we work hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as if they owned the practice.
