OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:_x000D_

- This role is full-time with call rotation (night call 3-4 times per month, one of_x000D_
which will occur on a weekend)._x000D_
- No overnights (24/7 Critical Care Coverage)_x000D_
- Closed ICU_x000D_
_x000D_
SCHEDULE OUTLINE:_x000D_
- 1 week per month ICU_x000D_
- 1 week per month pulmonary consults_x000D_
- 2 weeks per month in office (if certified in Sleep, one day per week will be_x000D_
in Sleep Center)_x000D_

- REQUIREMENTS- Applicants should have the following:_x000D_
- NYS licensure and DEA required_x000D_
- Board Certification in Pulmonary / Critical Care_x000D_
- Board Certification in Sleep Medicine preferred_x000D_
