Locums Pulmonologist needed in Central Michigan

*Location: Midland, Michigan

*Setting: Outpatient Clinic

*Start Date: ASAP

*End Date: Ongoing, 3 months minimum commitment

*Coverage: Monday-Thursday 8a - 5p & Friday 8a - Noon, No Call

*Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted MI license
• Clean DEA, Cs3 & NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
• BE/BC Pulmonologist
• 3 Professional References that have worked with provider within 18 months
• 12 patient Logs within 6 months minimum
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Diagnostic Bronchoscopies preferred (not required)

*Support available: APP, RN, MA

*Rate: Give me your best rate and I will negotiate it with the Client

*Volume: 15 patients/day

*Travel & Lodging provided

*Malpractice Insurance provided
