* Located in Lafayette, IN - Indianapolis 62m_x000D_
* Seeking Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join group of physicians in practice experience significant growth and high patient demands_x000D_
* Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m._x000D_
* 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time_x000D_
* Hospital coverage one week followed by three weeks in clinic_x000D_
* Clinic appointments 20 minutes for follow-up and 40 minutes for new patient visits_x000D_
* Average Clinic Patients: 20-25 per day_x000D_
* Average Hospital Consults: 22-24 per day_x000D_
* Designated MA and RN support for each physician, phone triage nurse and 2 nurses who round during day call_x000D_
* Call Expectations: One week of day call per month, following week day clinic and night call, following two weeks day clinic only_x000D_
* Telehealth visits offered in both clinic and hospital with consults to rural health centers_x000D_
* Outreach to Crawfordsville and Rensselaer 1-2 days per month, travel time
