A physician-owned and independent multi-specialty group in southeast Massachusetts is adding a Pulmonary/Critical Care physician.


About the opportunity:

  • A 160-provider multispecialty group with more than 40 Primary Care physicians and various medical specialties and services, including a Sleep Lab, Diagnostic Imaging (CT, MRI), Physical Therapy, and Laboratory.
  • Pulmonary/Critical Care Division currently consists of 7 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Pulmonologists perform PFTs and bronchoscopy and are trained in EBUS and navigational bronchoscopy. Current specialized projects include COPD/Dyspnea Clinics, a lung cancer screening program, and a lung nodule program.
  • Providers have many interests, including pulmonary hypertension, and a thoracic surgeon is on-site in the office.

  • The hospital has approximately 160 beds (with a 12-bed Med-Surg ICU with overnight eICU), a modern patient pavilion, renovated Operating Rooms, and an Emergency Department.
  • Physicians are eligible for corporate bonuses after 1 year and eligible for partnership after 3 years with minimal buy-in.
