Permanent Position: MD/DO - Pulmonary Critical Care
Location: Troy, NY
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and manage a range of pulmonary and critical care conditions, including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and acute respiratory failure.
Provide care in both outpatient pulmonary clinics and inpatient critical care units.
Perform advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, intubation, and central line placement.
Manage ventilatory support and other advanced life-support techniques for critically ill patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including intensivists, surgeons, and primary care providers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research, if desired.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant patient records.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care.
Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in New York.
Strong procedural skills relevant to pulmonary and critical care.
