- Dates - November 14 @ 0700 - November 25 @ 0700; December 14 @ 0700 - January 1 @ 0700
- Shifts per month: one shift per month, meaning one block of dates per month.
- 7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call)
- Average Number of ICU Patients Per Day: 13
- Total Number of Beds: 200
- Number of ICU Beds: 12
- Required to Supervise other Providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing timeline: ~30-45 days
- Only ICU patients are being seen per day
- Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care
- ACLS, DEA, CSR
- Active IA License
- Must be able to cover the shifts listed
