Job Description
A well-established physicians group is seeking to employ a dedicated Pulmonary/Critical Care (PCC) Physician for succession planning, as one of our esteemed physicians is soon to retire.
This role is ideal for a Pulmonary physician seeking a predominately outpatient practice, with opportunities to tailor the schedule based on individual training and preferences.
Schedule:
- Flexibility: Autonomy to build a personalized schedule
- Coverage:
- 2 weeks of Outpatient Pulmonology
- 1 week of Inpatient Consults or Critical Care (depending on training)
- 1 week off per month
- Sleep Medicine: Optional, if trained
Practice Details:
- Group Composition: 6 PCC Physicians, 1 Intensivist, 6 APPs
- Model: Traditional Practice
- Facilities: 16 ICU beds split into 2 units of 8 beds each
- Support: APP support on all shifts
- Supervision: Optional supervision of APPs with additional compensation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $450k range, depending on experience
- Student Loan Repayment: $15k per year (up to $150k)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50k
