Position Highlights:
- Role: Join a progressive team as a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician, focusing on outpatient care with essential inpatient duties.
- Practice Type: Comprehensive system encompassing hospitals, clinics, and specialized facilities.
- Scope: Manage outpatient clinic sessions and a 10-bed ICU, supported by a robust team including clinical and clerical staff.
- APRN Support: Two APRNs providing inpatient coverage.
Schedule:
- Outpatient Clinic: 4 to 4.5 days weekly.
- Inpatient Call: 1 week per month, focusing solely on inpatient care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $425K - $475K, with potential up to $600K - $720K including bonuses.
- Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 over 3 years.
