Join our multispecialty Pulmonary Critical Care Division at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing but well-established program with flexibility in the position to suit the needs and expertise of the applicant.

Charleston Area Medical Center provides a wide breath of Pulmonary and Critical Care services including:

  • Large endoscopy suite providing interventional pulmonary procedural ability
  • Multiple pulmonary subspecialties including
    • Asthma
    • COPD
    • Interventional Pulmonary
    • Pulmonary Hypertension
    • Multidisciplinary clinics in Cystic Fibrosis, Neuromuscular Disease, ILD, and Lung Nodules
  • Medical ICUs and specialty critical care units including Neurosurgical and Cardiothoracic ICUs, and advanced mechanical circulatory support.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
• MD, DO degree or foreign equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care and/or Pulmonary Medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care, and/or Pulmonary Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted WV Medical License
• All qualifications must be met by time of appointment
