Located 45 minuted from Indianapolis, and 1 hour to Louisville KY and Cincinnati

Excellent, congenial, group of 4 Pulm/CC physician group practice seeking to add another Pulm/CC.
Reason for the opening is one provider is moving out of state.


This practice is a full spectrum Pulmonary/Cc specialty

The Lung Institute is on the hospital campus and is a 16 bed closed CCU. They offer additional on-site ancillary services including Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT). Robust Endobronchial Valve Program (Zephyr) site: They are the first in Indiana to offer a new lung valve treatment for patients with severe COPD/emphysema. Approved by the FDA under their "Breakthrough Devices" status, the Zephyr Endobronchial Valve treatment represents a major advancement because it is the first minimally invasive procedure to help emphysema sufferers breathe easier without major surgery.

Average # of Patients per Day per Physician/Provider: 10-12

Office consists of 8 exam rooms with 6 clinical support providers, Practice manager, 4 non clinical personnel

They use EPIC for EMR

Anticipated Work Schedule 8am to 5pm M-F for 3 weeks per month. Active ICU 7am to 7pm (Saturday through Friday) every 4th week
