Contract Length: 6-12 months
Shift Details: 9a-5p
Schedule: Mon-Fri (30 min lunch)
Work Details:
· Support Staff: RN, MDs, and other Medical Assistants
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time. Mon-Fri
· 18 bed Hospital
· Patients per day: 20-25
· Patient Population: Geriatric
· Department Description: Provides diagnostic assessment and psychiatric treatment to individuals who present themselves to the Outpatient Psychiatric Treatment Center, Hospital Emergency Room or Inpatient Unit, with symptoms of mental illness or emotional distress. Functions as an effective member of the mental health team. Skilled and proficient in electronic medical record documentation for management of patients under psychiatric treatment. Contributes to the productivity and efficient operation of the Psychiatric Treatment Center.
