A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing practice with a tenured led staff. Come join an organization with strong community ties committed to a work life balance!
• Compensation package offers guaranteed base salary plus productivity, PTO, benefits, and sign on bonus
• A collaborative psychiatric team consisting of experienced Psychiatrists, PMHNP's, RN's, PCT's, and more
• Predominantly outpatient with some inpatient consulting - enjoy a four day work week
• Child and Adolescent Fellowship training is strongly preferred
