Practice Setting and Responsibilities

  • Free-standing outpatient clinic with 6 exam rooms
    • Focus on child and adolescent mental health (ages 3-18, occasionally 19)
    • Strategic oversight of clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives
  • Leadership role in developing and implementing clinical protocols and guidelines
  • Over 50% dedicated administrative time

Schedule Details

  • Option for fully onsite or hybrid work schedule
    • No nights, weekends, or call duties
    • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Competitive compensation with annual bonuses up to 10% and raises up to 5%
