Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist or Adult Psychiatrist (Inpatient)

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist for an Inpatient Opportunity in the beautiful Northeastern Tier of New York, located near the Canadian border. This location offers proximity to the 1000 Islands, Lake Placid, and the Adirondack Mountains.

Position Highlights:

  • Employed position
  • Collaborate with an established inpatient unit, outpatient clinic teams, and provide in-hospital consults
  • Conduct holistic psychiatric evaluations, manage acute/chronic mental health conditions, and offer pharmacological interventions
  • Follow-up care and crisis management
  • Coordinate with other clinic psychiatrists and review treatment plans
  • Day shift with shared on-call duties, including one weekend per month
  • Visa sponsorship available for 2024 and 2025 candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $308k - $408k, depending on experience
