Health Systems seeks a BE/BC Child Psychiatrist for inpatient role just NW of Little Rock, AR.
The Community:
Known as the City of Colleges, is home to three colleges. With a population around 60,000, it is one of the fastest growing cities in the state but still retains its small town charm and community spirit. It boasts great dining establishments as well as eleven parks, two lakes, art galleries, and a community theater. The sports parks include a skate park, a soccer complex, and baseball and softball complexes. On the retail side the city offers trendy boutiques, antique stores, and large national retailers.
- Schedule is open to your preferences
- 2 C&A units, one of which turns to adult patients in the summer months
- APPs on site and the Psychiatrist at minimum does all of the admissions
- TMS, PHP and IOP programs available
The adolescent residential treatment program provides short-term, acute support for young people who are suffering from a variety of mental health conditions, including:
- Major depressive disorder
- Anxiety disorder
- Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD)
- Conduct disorder
- Adjustment disorder
Inpatient adolescent programming features an interdisciplinary blend of best practices and evidence-based therapies. Our treatment philosophy combines features of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
