Exciting Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunity in Casper, Wyoming
About the Position: We are seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Wyoming Behavioral Institute (WBI) in Casper, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry with experience in an inpatient setting.

Role Highlights:

- No Weekend Rounding: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with no weekend rounding coverage required.
- Diverse Clinical Work: Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment center (RTC) work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to child & adolescent patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and manage admissions procedures
- Perform medication management consultations and evaluations.
- Optional Consults at area acute/med-surg hospitals.
- Opportunity to work with medical students, residents, and/or fellows.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of 12-14 patient encounters per day.
- Psychiatric evaluations only (H&Ps handled by medical providers).
- No weekends required.
- Flexible scheduling options available.

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of a psychiatry residency/fellowship at an ACGME-approved program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Licensed to practice in Wyoming or the ability to obtain a WY medical license.
- Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
