A prestigious, Children's Community Hospital located on the Southern California Coast are seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to practice in an all-outpatient setting. This is a new clinic supported by the hospital that allows you to work 4 days per week alongside LCSW's, a Clinical Psychologist, MA's, and a strong support staff.
This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to collaborate with leadership and administration to get this clinic off the ground.
The Position:
• 4-day work week option, dedicated admin time
• Outpatient-only position, average patient volume of 5-8 per day
• Community Children's Hospital has robust Pediatric specialty support including 22 sub-specialties and a Pediatrics Residency Program
• Compensation includes total income between $280-420K with a never-ending Base Salary plus production and quality bonuses
• Sign-on up to $50K, Temporary Housing Stipends for 6 months, and a Housing Loan between $300-500K to help you relocate to the community
