Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatrist - Scottsdale, AZ

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, located in Scottsdale, AZ is open with 120 beds, treating Adults and Adolescents in the Inpatient and Outpatient settings. We offer specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults, & Military/First Responders experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions.

Details

• Full Time, Employed or Independent Contractor/1099 position.
• Monday - Friday work schedule, days only.
• This position is on-site & hospital based.
• Duties include: Admissions, daily care of assigned patients, and treatment team leadership.
• Inpatient Adolescent caseload of 15-20 total encounters.
• Average of 10-15 follow-up visits + 3-5 daily admissions.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
• MD/DO degree from an accredited program (required).
• General Psychiatry board certification or board eligibility (required).
• Current Arizona medical license, in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure (required).
• Inpatient experience (preferred).
