Quick Job Overview:

· Location: Idaho Falls, ID

· Start Date: Starting 12/1/22

· Duration: On-going

· Practice Setting: Hospital

· Schedule: Mon-Sun, 9am- 5pm and on call

· Patient Ages: Adolescent

· In-Patient/Out-Patient: Inpatient

· On Call: YES, 2-3 days of call for facility

· Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner

· Charting/Dictation: Meditech

Requirements:

· Current State Medical License

· Board Certification/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in general psychiatry

· DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes
