A facility in Seymour, Indiana is seeking a Locum Addiction Med Psychiatrist to cover a few shifts, are you available to help? Let me know!
- Dates: July 22-26th
- Shift: 6 am to 12:30p
- Volume: Avg intakes/admins 121
- Do you provide methadone or suboxone-assisted treatments? Yes, both.
- Who does History and Physicals? The MD but we will try not to schedule on these days.
- Will any other doctors or mid-levels be working at the clinic with the locum? No.
- What EMR do you use? Methasoft
