- Opportunity to work with psychiatry residents, medical students and nurse practitioners in training_x000D_
- Epic EMR_x000D_
- Supportive administration with open door policy_x000D_
- Take own patient call (very light) during the week but not obligated to come in to the hospital_x000D_
- Shared call on the weekends (1:8)_x000D_
