CALL ME TODAY!!! Very well established facility seeking a Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric services to diverse populations that include patients that are diagnosed with severe and persistent mental issues as well as patients suffering with non persistent mental illnesses in a community mental health setting.
Essential Duties:
Full-time, part-time or PRN available.
Full time psychiatrists are required to maintain an
active, minimum caseload of 600 patients, billing a
minimum of 1311 hours a year (65% productivity). Part time psychiatrist’s productivity will be prorated or as agreed. Perform psychiatric evaluations on new patients who have received a clinical diagnostic assessment or as clinically appropriate
Incorporate the new or revised medical treatment plan into the existing Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Maintain necessary and required concurrent documentation within the EMR.
Participate in the rotating on call schedule in
support of clinical staff, Crisis Stabilization Unit
and/or step down. Supervise Advanced Practice Nursing staff as assigned. Conduct Peer Review activities as required. Evaluation times are 1 hour and Med Checks are 30 minutes.
