We are hiring a Physician – Psychiatry for a locum assignment in Suffolk City County, VA!

Job details:

• Start: ASAP
• Shift: M-F 8a-4p + weekend call (Friday from 4pm through Monday 7:59 am)
• Practice Setting: Inpatient Adult Psychiatric Facility
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 8 weekday; 16-20 on weekend
• Psychiatrists in Your Group: 3
• Locum Psychiatrist Required does NOT Supervise Other Healthcare Providers
• Transfer Protocol: Conduit Access Center located in OH
• Required Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Organic Disorders
• Required to Have Familiarity With: Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion therapy, Pharmacotherapy, Restraint Application
• Patient demographics: 18+ (adults)
• EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified
• VA License
• 100% Clean Background
