Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our comprehensive outpatient Behavioral Health department in Daytona Beach, FL!

This full-time position offers a flexible weekday schedule, no weekends, and a low-volume call rotation, allowing for exceptional work-life balancewhile providing high-quality mental health care.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule – Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, no weekends required.
• Practice setting – Outpatient only, with no inpatient responsibilities.
• Diverse patient population – Treat a mix of mental health and substance use disorders.
• Collaborative team approach – Work alongside a highly skilled team of psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, LMHCs, crisis intervention specialists, and addiction service providers.
• Substance use treatment – Option to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders, including services within a Suboxone Clinic.
• Integrated specialty care – Enjoy access to onsite specialty services, including Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Neurology, Pain Management, Rheumatology, and more.
• Call requirements – Minimal call, shared among the team, with strong provider support.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO – Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry.
