Your Role:

• Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health & Primary Care Clinic

• Flexible 4-day work week (Four 10-hour days)

• Manage an average of 12-16 patients per day

• Dedicated 1:1 Clinical Support Staff

• Shared team phone call rotation (established patients only)

• Full-time, permanent position

• EPIC EMR System
