Weekend Inpatient Psychiatrist Opening in West Palm Beach, FL

Position Overview:
Seeking psychiatrists to provide weekend coverage for a 123-bed inpatient psychiatric unit in West Palm Beach, FL.
Position Overview:
Coverage: Weekend shifts, working alongside 3-4 providers
Census: Generally 70-80 patients across the unit
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient psychiatric care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care
- Participate in rounding and clinical decision-making
Compensation:
Annual salary model based on the number of weekend shifts covered
Not open to per diem rates of $1,800-$2,000 per day
Ideal candidates will have experience in inpatient psychiatry and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
