Psychiatrist opening in CT Located in Mansfield, 26m to Hartford Full Time Position We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide direct patient care in a 57-bed facility focused on trauma and recovery-oriented care. This role emphasizes a strong multidisciplinary approach within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collegial work environment. Qualifications: Experience in adult inpatient care and evaluation services, with a background in a multidisciplinary team. Board Certified (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency) in Psychiatry. Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut, along with DEA and CCSR certifications.
