TeleHealth Adult Psychiatrist Outpatient Locums Job in the Greater Los Angeles Area
Details/Requirements:
*Adult outpatient coverage for 2 days/16 hours a week starting ASAP and ongoing.
*Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday or any combination of these three days for the two eight-hour days a week. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm, no more than 8 hours a day. Start at 8:30am (30 minutes for charting then 9am starting patient care), lunch from 12 to 1 (some doctors use some of their lunch time for charting) and end the day around 5pm. However, nurses finish their day at 4:30pm so some doctors use the last half hour of the day for charting.
*Patient ages are 18+ including TAY and older adults.
*Tele health is done using TEAMS.
*Initial evaluations are 90 minutes to two hours and medication follow ups are 45 minutes to one hour.
*No call.
*Client has an E.H.R., so you must be computer savvy.
*Board Certified is preferred, not required.
*Takes a month for credentialing.
*Requires 6-month minimum assignments.
