In partnership with EXOS, Centurion Health is the proud provider of psychiatric services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a part-time (2 days per week) Psychiatrist to join our team at Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility located in Pendleton, Indiana. This is a 1099-independent contractor opportunity.

The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients, works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director, and provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child Psychiatry is highly preferred)
  • Must have experience with children
  • Active, unrestricted IN medical license
  • Active, unrestricted DEA
  • Ability to pass background screening and credentialing

Shift

  • Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexibility in days, but must attend weekly treatment team meeting
  • No nights, holidays or weekends
