Salary and Benefits

• The salary for this role is $290,000-$350,000 based on experience.
• 3-4 weeks PTO in the first year

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Population: Adult Inpatient
• Primary Focus: Substance Abuse
• Provide effective leadership to clinical staff, overseeing all psychiatric activities within the facility while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations

• Maintain open communication lines with facility staff, attending clinicians and physicians, patients and families.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
• Active Medical License in the State of Florida
• New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year of experience in Substance Abuse or the Mental Health Field (Preferred but not required)
