**Position: Psychiatrist**
- **Location:** Davidson, NC - Charlotte 25m
- Full-time, permanent position
**Position Overview:**
This **full-time outpatient position** (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offers a hybrid care model that includes **in-person and telehealth patient visits**. The role involves providing psychiatric care for various conditions, working in an integrated system, and occasionally traveling to surrounding Avance practices for coverage. **Part-time work options are also available.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide **comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care**.
- Supervise and collaborate with Avance Practice Providers.
- Support the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in clinical and administrative duties, promoting **quality initiatives**.
- Build cohesive teams and lead efforts to **grow the psychiatry practice** toward financial independence.
- Work in collaboration with primary care, neurology, addiction specialists, and behavioral therapists.
- Drive clinical standardization and organizational development across the Avance Care footprint.
- Administer targeted treatments such as **buprenorphine, Spravato, and other advanced therapies**.
- Engage in virtual health delivery and operations.
