Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opening for qualified Psychiatrists for a potential opening at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located on Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. Join us in providing exceptional care to the men and women who have served our country.

Position Details:

• Location: Memphis VAMC

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

• On-Call Hours: Monday – Friday, 4:30pm – 8:00am

• Weekend Inpatient Coverage: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Type of Role: On-site care for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) beneficiaries

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care to veterans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient mental health needs.

• Maintain compliance with VA policies and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist: Active certification or eligibility required.

2. Unrestricted State Medical License: Valid and in good standing in any U.S. state.

3. DEA Certification: Current and unrestricted DEA license.

4. VA Experience Preferred: Previous experience working in a VA setting is a plus.
