Adult Psychiatrist – Inpatient Opportunity

Opportunity:
Join a respected psychiatric facility in Abilene, TX, specializing in adult inpatient care. Manage a 30-bed unit with patients facing depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and other co-occurring conditions. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, RNs, and allied professionals in a collaborative environment.

• Flexible schedule with 1 weekend of paid call per month.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $300,000/year.
• Incentive bonus: 60% of net collections after overhead.
• 30 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays.
