Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $250,000 - $270,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive care in outpatient settings for adults and children
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments, medication management, and supportive therapy
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
  • Oversee and support clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational goals
  • Create individualized treatment plans to address mental health and substance use needs
  • Participate in administrative meetings and contribute to strategic planning
  • Supervise and mentor health professionals to support the growth of the team

Requirements

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution
  • Colorado State Medical Licensure
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Prescriptive authority in Colorado and ability to obtain DATA 2000 waiver within six months of hire
  • Two years of relevant treatment experience
  • Current Colorado Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Strong computer proficiency
