About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 40 per week
• Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric
• Patient Population: Adults
• Patient Volume: 10 to 12 patients daily

Responsibilities:

• The Psychiatrist will be responsible for:
• Providing psychiatric care to adult inpatients
• Managing a caseload of 10-12 patients daily
• Diagnosing and treating psychiatric illnesses
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Valid Connecticut medical license
• Proficiency in managing complex patient needs
• Strong clinical and communication skills
