**Position Details**

- Provide psychiatric consultation to medical/surgical units and emergency department
- Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment for patients with primary psychiatric conditions or psychiatric comorbidities
- Facilitate referrals for long-term psychiatric care when necessary
- Team and Academic Involvement:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Participate in education and supervision of medical students and residents
