Beacon Behavioral Partners is looking for Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our team! This full-time position is in Dallas, Texas and will support the Holiner Psychiatric Group. As a psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mental health care services to our patients.

What does the Board-Certified Psychiatrist do? (including but not limited to)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our private practice. Your primary goal will be to diagnose and treat mental illnesses, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. Your expertise in psychiatry will be essential in helping our patients achieve optimal mental health and well-being.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe and monitor medications to manage symptoms
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of a psychiatry residency program
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Valid state medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a behavioral health or mental health counseling setting
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma care
- Clinical supervision experience
Physical Demands:
This job requires employees to have a full range of physical capabilities, including the ability to handle and lift patients, demonstrate manual and finger dexterity, and maintain good eye-hand coordination. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry items up to 40 lbs. Corrected vision and hearing within the normal range are also required.
