AdventHealth Family Medicine Residency in Wesley Chapel is hiring a PhD level behaviorist to join our faculty to educate and empower the next generation of family physicians. The behavioral medicine faculty is an essential member of our team and a faculty colleague.
The position itself will be 60-70% clinical & 30-40% administrative. The clinical time will be a mix of precepting residents and individually rendered patient clinical care. The ideal candidate would have some level of both clinical experience as well as educational experience working with residents.

- PsyD in Clinical Psychology, APA Accredited

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Ideal candidate would have experience in academic medicine, strong communication skills, and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.
Faculty will be responsible for administering and maintaining an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas subspecialty boards as required by the ACGME. Equivalent educational qualifications may be acceptable by the FM Review Committee of the ACGME.
